T.Saver Solutions Ltd and its affiliates (“T.Saver”, “we” or “us”) respect the privacy of our users and our customers (“End User” and “Service Provider” respectively, and “User” or “you” collectively) and are committed to protect User’s information. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use Our Services or visit the SKEEPER website at the address https://www.skeeperapp.com/ (hereinafter, the “Site”).

 

Terms in title case which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning as defined in the T.Saver’s Terms of Use https://www.skeeperapp.com/!terms-of-use/, which this Policy is incorporated thereto by reference.

1.          Your Consent (please read carefully!)

By accessing and/or using the Site and/or Service you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy, including to the collection and processing of your Personal Information (as defined below). If you disagree to any term provided herein, you may not use the Site.

2.          Which information we may collect on our Users?

We collect two types of data and information:

2.1 Non-personal Information. The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). To put it simply, we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information and behavioral information, as detailed below:

Technical information:

·            Type of operating system (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)

·            Type of browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)

·            Screen resolution (e.g. 800×600, 1024×768, etc.)

·            Browser and keyboard language (e.g. English)

·            Regional settings

·            IP addresses

·            Computer or mobile device configurations and settings and any similar technical data and information

·            Mobile device and OS type (Android or iOS)

Behavioral information:

·            User’s click stream on the Service (i.e. the fact that User has chosen to click on a certain link or access a certain feature on the Service).

·            The activities of the User on the Service, including information pertaining to activities made by the User (e.g. which action was taken on the Service, last login date etc.).

·            Any similar behavioral information.

2.2   Personal Information. The other type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). To put it simply, this information may identify an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature. The Company may collect End User’s Personal Information including, without limitation, first and last name, address and age, active email address and Geo-location. Service Providers may be requested to provide, in addition to basic personal details and contact details (such as active email address) additional Personal Information that is to be used for billing purposes (such as credit card details, bank routing and account numbers or PayPal account).

Please note: You are not obligated to provide us with any Personal Information by law. You hereby agree and acknowledge that You are providing us with Personal Information at Your own free will, for the purpose of allowing us to provide You with the Service, and that we may keep such Personal Information in database which will be registered and kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3.          How Do We Collect Information on Our Users?

 

Non-personal Information: We collect Non-Personal information while you access and while you use the Site and/or Service. In other words, when you access or use the Site and/or Service we are aware of your usage of the Site and/or Service, and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage. For example, when you connect to the Site or use the Service your computer tells us your IP address.
Personal Information collected from Service Providers: We only collect Personal Information which is provided to us voluntarily when the Service Provider registers to our Services either via the form available on the Site or by contacting us directly at: https://www.skeeperapp.com/!terms-of-use/. During registration we will collect your Personal Information (name, email and billing information).
Personal Information collected from End Users: We only collect Personal Information which is provided to us voluntarily when the End User registers to our Services. Registration can be done by either completing the form available on the Site and/or Service, where you will be asked to provide with the Personal Information aforementioned, or by connecting via a third party social network account (e.g. Facebook account). By using your third party social network account in order to register to the Service, you permit T.Saver to collect the aforementioned Personal Information from the third party social network account. You may also permit T.Saver to collect additional Personal Information from the third party social network account, which is not mandatory for the purpose of registration, such as your friends list, image, place of residence etc.
Sensitive Personal Information collected from Users: certain Personal Information which is considered sensitive, such as Geo-location, will only be collected from the End User upon active consent provided following a succinct “just-in-time” pop up disclosure related to the collection of the information.
4.          What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?

·         Non-Personal information is used for statistical and research purposes and for customization and improvement of the Site and Service.

·         End User’s Personal Information is collected in order to provide the User with certain features related to Campaigns (e.g. loyalty programs, promotions and ads displayed on the Sites and/or Service).

·         Service Providers Personal Information is collected in order to provide Service Providers with the Service and in order to bill Service Providers for the use of our Sites and/or Service.

·         Be able to contact Users for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance and collect feedback regarding the Sites and/or Servce.

·         Reply to your online queries made through the Sites and/or Service.

5.          Sharing Information with Third Parties

 

We will not share your information with third parties, other than in the following cases:

to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Agreement, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims that any content published on the Site violates any right of a third-party; (e) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, its users or the general public; (f) when Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Company; (g) to collect, hold and manage your Personal Information through a third party’s cloud based services, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in countries outside of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States of America; (h) to allow the us or the Service Providers the ability to provide End Users with promotions and other information related to Campaigns (such as loyalty programs) through the use of End Users’ Personal Information; and (i) to allow our representatives/licensees/vendors/partners to operate the Site and/or Service.
6.          Cookies & Local Storage

 

When you access or use the Site and/or Service, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” and Flash (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer (“Local Storage”) and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your experience much more convenient and effortless. The cookies used by the Sites are created per session, do not include any information about you, other than your session key and are removed as your session ends (usually after 24 hours). It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer’s hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash you should use the settings option of Flash according to the specific instructions provided by the technology provider. However, if you block or erase cookies, or change the settings of Flash, your online experience may be limited.

 

We may also use certain third-party cookies. These are a different kind of cookies, stored on your computer by third parties, rather than by the Company. This kind of cookie is only read (and not altered by the Site) each time you visit the Site, and also when you visit certain websites or applications that uses similar cookies. Third-party cookies usually store only a Non-personal Information, such as the web pages you have visited, the duration of your browsing, etc.

 

7.          Direct Marketing & Advertisements

 

Direct Marketing: You hereby agree that we may use your contact details for the purpose of informing you regarding products and services (offered by the Company and/or by third parties) which may interest you and to send to you advertisements and other marketing material, transmitted to the e-mail address you have provided.

 

The foregoing consent constitutes consent to transmission of advertisements pursuant to the Telecommunication Law (Bezeq and Transmissions) (Amendment No. 40), 2008. You may withdraw your consent via written notice to the Company or on the same manner as the advertising was transmitted to you.

 

You may withdraw your consent via sending a written notice to T.Saver by email to the following address: https://www.skeeperapp.com/#contact or on the same manner as the advertising was transmitted to you (e.g. via phone text message). It is clarified that we are not responsible for the content of said advertisements and the products delivered or services rendered thereby by third parties and you irrevocably and unconditionally agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable in connection thereof.

 

Advertisements: We accept advertisements from third party advertisers. These advertisers are carefully selected to provide information about products and services that we think may be of interest to our Users. Note that if you click on any of these advertisements, these advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect non-personal and/or personal information about you. We recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy for any advertiser with which you are interacting before doing so. Their privacy policy, not ours, will apply to any of those interactions

8.          Security

We take a great care in maintaining the security of your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

9.          Third Party Software/Site

While using the Site and/or Service we may be using third party software, in order to collect and/or process the information detailed herein. 10.      Third Party Websites

While using the Site you may encounter links to third party websites. Please be advised that such third party websites are independent from the Site, and we assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to privacy matters or any other legal matter with respect to such third party websites. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies and the terms of use or Site of such websites.

11.      Changes to the Privacy Policy

The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Site and/or Servuce, and any information collected therein. T.Saver reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Site.

Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” date and your continued use of the Site after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
